Whitemill Bay
The island of Sanday is well named. This is just one of its lovely beaches. As is often the case in Orkney, the beautiful skies dominate the scene and in Charles Tait's stunning photograph the clouds are reflected in the shining beach. Put this on your wall and, when you're feeling fraught, you can sit back and dream that you're lying on the beach, looking up at the Orkney sky.
