North Ronaldsay
The world-famous North Ronaldsay sheep are kept on the shore by a dyke that surrounds the island and live on the seeweed.
The beacon at Dennis Head was the third lighthouse to be built in Scotland, it came third in the BBC’s Restoration programme and the current lighthouse is the third highest in Britain.
