Tomato and Marrow Chutney

Bob Nelson grows delicious, flavourful tomatoes in his greenhouses in Birsay and he has come up with the recipe for this lovely chutney, made with his tomatoes. It is delicious with cold meat or cheese.

Ingredients: Tomatoes 30%, marrow 25%, sugar, vinegar, raisins, apple, onion, sweet peper, salt, spices
