Rhubarb Jam

Rhubarb grows in profusion in Orkney and rhubarb jam is one of the tastes of childhood for most Orcadians. For me it brings back memories of carrying the 'piece' out to the fields at harvest-time and sitting beside a stook eating a roll and jam.

This jam is made in just the same traditional way, using Orkney rhubarb

Ingredients: Rhubarb, sugar, ground ginger

Fruit Content: 50g per 100g

Net Weight: 200g
