Orkney Honey

Made from Orkney clover by hard-working and clean-living Orkney bees, with a little help from Erland Omand, who runs Britain's most northerly honey farm. In these dark chilly days, spread a little sunshine on your toast. Honey is also delicious on a thick oatcake, even if it can get a little messy.
