Peedie Tatties

I bought some of these from Nimms, Kirkwall's excellent sweet shop, so that I could describe them. It took an enormous effort of will not to eat tham all at once. They are little chunks of Edinburgh Rock (pulled sugar) liberally dusted with cinnamon and they are absolutely delicious. Attractively packaged in a little cloth bag, they'd make a nice little gift but I recommend buying at least one bag for yourself.
