Product Description

Traditional Orkney farmhouse cheese is the perfect accompaniment to an Orkney plain biscuit. A thick slice of semi-soft white cheese on a thin oatcake or butter biscuit is a perfect healthy snack. It is also delicious on a garlic oatcake, though I don't know what the previous generations of farmers' wives would say to that.
