"I knew I was due to visit Sedona, Arizona when this print was first begun. Yet, I hadn't imagined how much the colors of Arizona were in my thoughts while I was painting it. I knew that the Ring of Brodgar, with its circular pattern might remind me of the southwestern medicine wheels. But the colors? I had no dea...funny how anticipation can bring unknown realities to reveal themselves."
